- Correct — start for free, add payment details before day 14 if you want to continue.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Retained for 90 days. Export anytime.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade instantly from your billing settings.
- Can my accountant access my portfolio?
- Yes — on the Team plan, invite up to 4 members with controlled access (read-only viewer, or full analyst).
- What currencies does AssetCentral support for tracking assets?
- You can hold assets in AED, EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, and more. All amounts convert to your base reporting currency automatically. This is separate from your billing currency, which is one of EUR, USD, GBP, or AED.
- Do you charge VAT?
- VAT is applied based on your location in accordance with applicable regulations. UAE customers are billed inclusive of 5% VAT.
- Is there a refund policy?
- We offer a 14-day trial. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but cancel anytime.
- What's the difference between Pro and Team?
- Pro is one user, up to 20 assets. Team adds up to 4 additional seats (accountant, property manager, family member) and up to 50 assets.
- I have more than 50 properties. What do I do?
- Get in touch — Enterprise plans handle unlimited assets and team members, with SSO, custom data residency, dedicated onboarding, and an account manager. Email hello@assetcentral.ai with a sentence about your portfolio and we'll come back to you within 1 business day.
